Throughout her career, Thomas has shaped digital experiences for an impressive portfolio including Phoebe Philo, LOEWE, Aesop, Rosewood Hotels, Apple, and IKEA. Her work consistently demonstrates how thoughtful design can elevate brands and create meaningful customer connections in the digital space.

After beginning her career in the United States, working across Work & Co's New York and Portland offices, Thomas relocated to Copenhagen to establish and grow the agency's European presence. She now leads the design team across Europe, bringing a global perspective to her work while maintaining the agency's commitment to craft and quality.
