Biography

With over 20 years of experience, Dida is a seasoned digital professional dedicated to crafting compelling, world-class experiences for both global and local brands across diverse sectors, with a specific focus on telecommunications and government. As Managing Director and Creative Account Lead at Accenture Song Middle East, she leads complex design transformation projects by fostering strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying innovative opportunities to drive value through design.​ Dida is also the Inclusion & Diversity lead for Song Middle East, a role that reflects her deep passion and lies at the heart of everything she does.

Dida is a regular panelist on design and experience topics in design forums, and has been guest speaker at universities including the Dubai Institute for Design and Innovation, Carnegie Mellon University, London Business School, University of Wollongong, and Middlesex University.  She has served as a jury member for design in some of the most prestigious industry awards forums including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, The One Show, and the Gerety Awards. She has also served as a Lions Membership Ambassador, as well as a juror for The Brief #2. In addition, her creative teams are recent recipients of the Red Dot Design Awards for high-quality design, the iF Awards, and The Webby Awards.

Originally from Washington, DC, Dida has embraced life in Dubai for the past 12 years with her husband and two sons. She holds a BA in Communication from Syracuse University and an MA in Communications with a concentration in Digital Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
