Biography
With over 20 years of experience building strong brands across sectors such as Pharma, Cosmetics, FMCG, and Telecommunications, Estefanía brings a strategic and insight-driven vision to the world of marketing and communications. She is currently CE&O Director at Biogen Iberia, a leading biotechnology company specialized in neurosciences, where she continues to create impact through a deep understanding of customer insights, omnichannel strategy, and media. Her approach is rooted in efficiency and innovation, with a keen eye for emerging trends and meaningful opportunities across complex and dynamic environments.
Throughout her career, she has held senior roles at top multinational companies, including L’Oréal, where she led Customer Insights & Market Intelligence for Spain and Portugal—and at GfK-Nielsen, where she was FMCG Director, working with global brands like Mondelez, Heineken, P&G, and Danone.
She has served as a board member of the Spanish Marketing Association and is co-author of three industry-recognized books: From Emotion to Purchase, Marketing Fundamentals, and New Trends in Marketing and Research.
She has also contributed as a juror in prestigious international and national awards, including the FIAP Ibero-American Festival of Creativity, the Eficacia Awards in Spain, and the ESOMAR Global Awards.
