Biography

Joaquín Mollá is the CCO and Co-Founder of the community.

The agency has been one of Ad Age’s A-List honorees 10 of the last 14 years, most recently in 2025.

It was also named Adweek’s Multicultural Agency of the Year (2023), one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Agencies in Advertising (2022), Ad Age’s ‘Best Places to Work,’ one of the world’s ‘Fastest Growing Agencies’ by Adweek and one of the ‘Top 25 Agencies of the last 50 Years’ by Campaign.

Over the years, the community has worked with some of the most iconic brands in the world and won some of the industry’s most prestigious awards, including 11 Grand Prix.

Joaquín has been featured in Adweek’s "Creative 100" list and Business Insider’s "30 Most Creative People in Advertising." He has served as a jury member several times, including Cannes, Clio, The One Show, D&AD and Andys.

He also recently became the CCO of Woven, overseeing all Tide and Downy work in America.

Outside of the agency world, Joaquín was the communication advisor to the City of Buenos Aires and later to the Office of the President of Argentina during a whole term.

Joaquín has two (amazing) sons: Tomas and Benito!
