Julián Maira, born in Buenos Aires, is a director with over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. He began his career as an actor in independent film and theater—an experience that deeply shaped his narrative sensitivity. He later established himself as a freelance editor in advertising, film, and television, a path that naturally led him to directing. His talent for storytelling, combined with a modern and creative approach, has positioned him as a distinctive voice in deep, dynamic, and visually powerful narratives.

Specializing in storytelling, comedy, and documentary, he founded 14 al Centro in 2003. Under his direction, the production company has become one of the most awarded in Central America and the Caribbean. His strong cinematic eye and skillful direction of actors have stood out in campaigns for major global brands.
