Justin is a strategic marketing & transformation leader who helps brands and businesses connect the dots between today’s emerging technologies and tomorrow’s marketing and business opportunities. In his role as Chief Transformation Officer of Wunderman Thompson APAC, he orchestrates the regional technology, data, commerce, customer experience, and brand strategy practices, bringing these teams together to unlock the latent potential of brands through innovative services, business models, engaging experiences, and creative content.

With a proven track record of delivering growth for global and local brands, Justin has worked across a multitude of categories including Financial Services, Health, FMCG, Travel, , Retail and many more.

He is passionate about innovation and believes in the transformative potential of emerging technology to be a force for good in the world. This focus comes through in his work across web3 and metaverse where he launched Wunderman Thompson’s Web3 and Metaverse working group. His thought leadership in this space is frequently published and he acts as an advisor to the Web3 Marketing Association.

In his personal life, Justin has two children whose never fail to remind him of the value of stepping away and staying curious.
