Nicole is the Head of Production at VML São Paulo, where she oversees a range of local, regional, and global initiatives for major brands.

With 26 years of experience, Nicole has strong belief in production as a key driver of creativity. She has developed a unique expertise in navigating complex projects requiring multifaceted production approaches and fosters a culture of curiosity and diligence within her teams, encouraging exploration of innovative and insightful solutions and a maximum commitment to craft.

Her accomplishments include multiple awards, including a Glass Gran Prix with 2021 Starbucks ‘I am’ and the notable 2024 ‘Thanks for Coke Creating’ , which garnered 9 Cannes Lions and 28 shortlists. This project involved complex scouting and shooting across five continents, showcasing Nicole’s ability to lead and employ diverse production tactics while effectively managing intricate obstacles and release issues. Se has also been awarded and participated as a juror in other prestigious international advertising festivals.

Graduated in Communications with master in History of Art, born in France and raised in Brazil, Nicole embraces her best-loved quote - Napoleon’s ‘Victory belongs to the most tenacious’ - embodying this determination in her pursuit of excellence in production as well as the same tenacity in many aspects of her life, and believing that for a good idea to come to life, many others need to exist along the way.
