Shani Dhanda is recognised as the UK's most influential disabled person and a BBC 100 Women Laureate. A global authority on inclusion and accessibility, she shapes brand narratives, creative campaigns, and customer experiences that drive real-world change.

Her influence extends beyond consulting. Shani actively drives the creative vision behind marketing, advertising, and product innovation. From advising over 350 global brands to supporting Primark's launch of its first adaptive adult clothing range, available in the UK and nine other markets, she ensures that inclusion is seamlessly integrated, driving innovative change, fostering growth, and creating a lasting impact.

Shani sits on nine advisory and executive boards, including the advertising steering group for Transport for London, one of the world’s largest and most renowned out-of-home advertising estates. She helps shape inclusive and accessible advertising across this influential transport network, offering strategic guidance to ensure ads are responsible, respectful, and in line with TfL’s Advertising Policy.
