She happens to be one of the most awarded female Chief Creative Officers in the Middle East with over 28 years of Global agency experience. Today she’s known for creating her own version of a network agency - one that focuses on collaborating with talented women globally and building brands that lead by example. She believes in creating purpose for brands and supports women communities in her own ways.

She’s also celebrated for striking a sassy balance between being fearless and humble at whatever she undertakes. Vidya not only walked out of the Medical school gates to pursue a career in Advertising; she also switched from Art direction to Copywriting mid-way through her successful innings. Today, she applies her wealth of experience and her Masters in Digital Management to structure the new-found agency model based in Dubai and USA.

Having resided in the Middle East for over four decades, she proudly claims she’s made in UAE.

Her work reflects the pop culture around her and has bagged International awards, not only in the print and outdoor categories, but also in radio, design, digital, integrated and advertising for good. Vidya has also been on the jury panel of most International Advertising Festivals like D&AD, One Show, New York Festivals, Clio, Adfest, Lisbon Advertising Awards, Loeries and Communication Arts.
