Agustín Febres-Cordero is an Ecuadorian creative leader who champions culture and identity as key values. He is the Co-Founder and Creative Chairman of Paradais DDB, an agency that has gained international recognition for its innovation and excellence.

Under his leadership, Paradais DDB has earned important awards, including a Gold Lion and three Silver Lions at Cannes Lions 2024 for Gamer Loan for Banco del Pacífico. Also in 2024, they became the first agency in Ecuador to win the Grand Effie Latam. They are also one of the most successful agencies in Latin America at various festivals in recent years, with awards from Clio, DA&D, and The One Show.

In addition to his work as an advertiser, Agustín is the Founder and Creative President of Grupo Paladar, and the Creative Director of Juliana, a bar in Guayaquil that won the Best Cocktail Menu in the World in 2022 at The World's 50 Best Bars.
