Biography
Andre is a globally experienced digital leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and culture. As Global Digital Partner and Head of Digital Operations at Carat (dentsu), he drives digital transformation for some of the world’s most recognized brands, building scalable frameworks that connect bold ideas to business growth.
With more than 20 years of experience across Latam, Europe, Africa, APAC, and North America, Andre has led & worked for for brands including Nespresso, Renault, Kraft Heinz, Microsoft, Coke and P&G to name a few. Whether launching Nespresso’s e-commerce in MENAT or modernizing Renault’s media approach across Africa, he brings a rare blend of strategic vision and operational precision.
A strong believer in platform expertise, inclusive design, and outcome-driven media, Andre also brings a passion for creative effectiveness. He has served as a 4x Effie Awards judge and a Grand Jury member at the New York Festivals AME Awards, helping celebrate work that balances innovation with impact.
As a Cannes Lions 2025 juror, Andre brings a digital-first lens and a deep belief that great media doesn’t just drive results—it shapes culture, shifts behaviour, and moves the industry forward.
