Anu Igoni is an award-winning creative leader and partner at Bob the Robot NoA, one of Finland’s leading creative agencies. With over 30 years of experience in brand building and marketing communications, she has played a key role in shaping the Finnish advertising landscape.

She began her career in art direction, gaining experience at several of Finland’s top agencies before co-founding in 2002 what is now Bob the Robot NoA. Today, she continues as a partner, focusing on creative strategy and direction. Anu is particularly passionate about working at the intersection of strategy and creativity — uncovering meaningful insights and competitive advantages, then transforming them into holistic concepts that get people talking and put clients on the map.

Her work spans a wide range of industries, from fashion and media to FMCG, automotive, and finance. Anu has served on several prestigious international juries, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, and Effie Europe. This year, she also joins the Gerety Awards Grand Jury.
