Born in 1980, Ayşe Aydın has been working in advertising industry for 20 years. She worked in ddb&co, Medina Turgul DDB as a copywriter, then she promoted as head of the creative group in Medina Turgul DDB.

In February 2014, she started working in Y&R Team Red as Creative Director. As of 2016, she promoted to VMLY&R and VMLY&R Team Red’s Executive Creative Director. Than she promoted as Publicis Groupe CCO. As of February 2023 she has her own independent agency WE ISTANBUL.

She worked for brands including Vodafone, Burger King, Opel, Volkswagen, Siemens, Unilever, Renault, Nescafe, P&G, within her period also.
