Biography
Bridget Jung is Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy Sydney, with a career that’s spanned continents, disciplines, and more than a few industry revolutions.
Bridget’s eclectic mix of skills has been shaped by her diverse experiences. Starting as an Art Director in the early days of digital, she was crafting banner ads in Sydney before heading to Paris, where she spent 14 years building global brands and pushing creative boundaries. As Chief Creative Officer of Digitas Paris, she led a team of 70 creatives and worked with clients ranging from Nissan to Hermès. Bridget’s work has earned recognition on the global stage, and she’s brought her creative eye to some of the world’s most respected juries, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, The One Show, and Clios.
For the past 10 years, Bridget has been back in Australia, leading creative across Ogilvy’s advertising, PR, health, and experience disciplines. She first joined as CCO of Ogilvy PR, helping brands tap into PR-led thinking and earned opportunities. In 2023, she took on the broader ECD role across the group, championing culturally sharp, socially led ideas that earn their way into culture—and stay there.
Outside of Ogilvy, Bridget is an active member of the AWARD Council, a body committed to raising the bar for creativity in business and inspiring the next generation of talent. She’s twice served as an ECD mentor for D&AD Shift Sydney and is a big believer in outsider energy—the kind that challenges norms, brings fresh perspective, and makes the industry better from the inside out.
