Camila is a London-based Brazilian executive, recognized for driving transformation in global businesses through her multidisciplinary expertise in content, data, media, and operations. Over the past 17 years, she has held senior leadership roles across the major global communications groups.

She currently leads the global structuring and operationalization of Havas Group’s audience-first, scaled production company, Prose on Pixels (Havas POP). Previously, she served as Global Chief Product Officer at Publicis Groupe, Head of Operations at TBWA Group, Head of Growth, Integration, and Communications at Havas Group in Brazil, and Global Director of Digital at WPP — where she held various Unilever-dedicated roles in Brazil (focused on local brands), Argentina (leading Latin America initiatives), and the United Kingdom (driving global campaigns).

A Founding Member of CHIEF, Camila is an active mentor to industry professionals, especially to young women. She holds a degree from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in São Paulo and completed a specialization program at the Beijing University of International Relations. She now lives in East London with her wife and their two rescued dogs, Joana & Jupiter.
