Carme has 25+ years of experience as a strategic consultant for global leading companies and brands. She holds a Master in Economics from the Barcelona University and an MBA from MIT-Sloan School in Boston.

Carme is an entrepreneur and she has started two successful businesses. First, she co-founded Cluster Consulting – one of the breakthrough tech consulting firms (today Oliver Wyman) and, 18 years ago, she started up APPLE TREE, her current firm, which has become the fastest growing agency in Europe in 2024 (and second fastest in the world). The company is well recognized for its NEW THINKING philosophy and for its GOODNESS, an internal value that makes a difference.

In April 2025, Forbes positioned Carme as one of the 25 most outstanding women CEOs in Spain in its famous BEST 100 CEOs’ 2025 ranking. Also, Carme has served in the Jury of the most prestigious PR, marketing, and Creative Festivals, being one of the very few CEOs that will act as Jury in the Cannes Lions Festival 2025.
