Biography

Throughout Charlotte (Charlie) Tansill’s 17 year cross-continental career at Ogilvy, she has excelled at taking an audience-centric approach in counseling clients and evolving brands to be prepared for the modern world. She has led teams to award-winning and social-by-design work, achieving several momentous industry recognitions in recent years including Campaign of the Year at the 2024 & 2025 US PRWeek Awards, Large Agency of the Year at the 2024 Influencer Marketing Awards, and Creative Agency of the Year at the 2024 US SABRE awards.

Charlie co-led the Emmy nominated 'Michael CeraVe' campaign, which is one of the most globally recognized marketing campaigns in recent years. Hailed by Adweek as a ‘marketing masterclass" and called "a blueprint for PR-led marketing" by PRovoke, a few of the campaign's recognitions include 9 Cannes Lions (including the Grand Prix for Social & Influence), 3 DA&D Yellow Pencils, and the 2024 Super Clio. In 2022, Charlie was named to PRWeek's prestigious '40 under 40' list, which recognizes innovators who are guiding the industry forward and just last year she was named to AdAge's '40 under 40' list as well, underpinning her passion for deep integration and bridging the gap between PR and Advertising.

Charlie graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania where she played Division I tennis. Charlie is a mother of two and currently competes as a professional platform tennis player.
