Claudia Incio is a music director and founder of Agosto Music & Sound Craft, a global multi-award-winning music and sound company.

Her hard work and dedication, passion and love for audio craft have turned what began as a small studio in Lima, Peru, into a globally recognized company with operations in the US, Canada, Spain, Italy and all throughout Latin America.

After 18 years working for major brands and agencies, she has won over 500 international awards including 46 Cannes Lions and 2 Grand Prix.

She was selected Music Supervisor of the Year at The One Show, and Agosto was ranked #1 Regional in Latin America and #2 Global Music & Sound Company of the Year in 2022.

She has been a member of the jury in Clio Awards, Clio Music, Ciclope Festival, Ojo de Iberoamérica, and recently she has been elected Jury President in D&AD for the Music & Sound category.
