Biography

After starting his career as an Art Director at LEG, Damien Guiol went on to join Havas 360 and then Havas Paris.

In 2016, he joined the independent agency Brand Station as an Art Director, before steadily rising through the ranks to become Creative Director, and ultimately Executive Creative Director.

At Brand Station, he worked for clients such as APF France Handicap, Metallica, Warner Bros Aquaman, Orange, Lego, Poulehouse, and others.

In 2019, Brand Station was acquired by Change, an FCB alliance, and a year later, Damien took over the group's creative direction to become Chief Creative Officer (CCO), maintaining the same vision: to create ideas that are useful, generous, and innovative.

Many of his campaigns have been recognised with prestigious awards, both internationally and nationally, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, LIA, One Show, New York Festival, Epica, and Effie.
