Biography

Diego Bertagni is Executive Creative Director, Americas at Burson with work recognized at Cannes and the Clios, and he has been a juror for the Clio, NYF, Webbys, One Show, Effies, and more.

His most recent role was two years at draftLine YYZ, the in-house agency for AB-InBev/Anheuser-Busch/Labatt, where he built the Toronto office from scratch as its Executive Creative Director. Before that, he spent two-and-a-half years as Creative Director at Flipp Corporation, a retail technology company, learning everything related to CPI, Growth, and Acquisition.

Prior, he spent three years with Tribal Worldwide Toronto, most recently as Creative Director, working on clients including Adidas, General Mills, IAMS, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald's, Mondelēz, PepsiCo, and Royal Canin. Earlier in his career, Bertagni spent nearly four years with Ogilvy in Buenos Aires, most recently as Creative Director, overseeing work on brands including SC Johnson, American Express, Banco Santander Rio, Belcorp, The Coca-Cola Company, IBM, Toyota, Huggies, and 20th Century Fox. A native of Argentina, his passion for the industry is also reflected during his time as an instructor at the Miami Ad School in Buenos Aires.
