Biography
Dr. Adjoa B. Asamoah is an internationally sought-after power player, award-winning social impact strategist, and history-making policy architect known globally as ‘THE CROWN Act Champion.’ She conceptualized and leads the groundbreaking movement. Committed to creating a more equitable society, she has crafted legislation to right many historic wrongs and spearheaded the victory to codify the nation’s first Office of African American Affairs.
As adjunct faculty, Dr. Asamoah taught Africana Studies and psychology. As a corporate consultant, she coaches executives to better understand race and enterprise risk management, purpose-driven marketing, and corporate social responsibility. As a licensed behaviorist, she leverages cultural intelligence and behavioral insights to design winning campaigns and analyze consumer buying.
As an appointed senior advisor to leading authority and a Head of State, cabinet members, and mayors, as well as a go-to bridge-builder for African diplomats and dignitaries, Dr. Asamoah’s social capital and behind-the-scenes impact on global politics, policy, and culture are unparalleled.
