Enkhbayasgalan Tungalag is a marketing and communications leader based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

He currently serves as the CEO of KMG Creative Group, a holding company specialising in marketing, advertising, media, technology, and brand consulting.

Enkhbayasgalan has worked across diverse sectors, leading campaigns for global brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Rio Tinto, as well as for international organisations including WWF, USAID, UNICEF, UNDP, the European Union, and Save the Children.

Previously, he served as the CEO of Viral Partners, one of Mongolia’s leading communications firms, where he spearheaded award-winning campaigns and strategic public impact programs. His work focuses on brand transformation, creative economy development, and fostering sustainable growth in emerging markets.

Enkhbayasgalan is the President of the Mongolian Marketing Association and the IAA Mongolia. He frequently contributes as a speaker at major industry events, sharing insights on brand leadership, creativity, and market transformation.

He is a strong advocate for advancing Central Asia’s creative industries on a global scale. Enkhbayasgalan continues to mentor young talents and inspire the next generation.
