Biography

Holly Gilbert is a seasoned communications leader with over 20 years of experience shaping earned media strategy and integrated communications programs for some of the world’s most recognized brands. As a senior leader at Dentsu Creative, she has driven impactful media relations, internal communications, crisis management and corporate reputation efforts across sectors, having worked with brands including Walmart, Crayola, Hilton, Mondelez, Procter & Gamble, Tyson Foods, Fisher-Price, Galderma, Freshpet, General Mills, and more.

She believes in pushing teams to not just meet the brief, but challenge it, asking "why" and "what else" to uncover deeper insights and greater impact. She thinks creativity in PR should break boundaries, but remain grounded in purpose. Inspired by bold thinking that’s strategically anchored, she pushes for ideas that move the needle and don't just make noise.

Beyond her client work, Holly is deeply committed to mentorship and civic engagement. She serves on the Women’s Empowerment board for the LPGA Walmart/P&G Championship, and is an annual judge for the PRSA Anvil Awards. Her dedication to creative excellence, equity, and community impact continues to inform her work and inspire the next generation of communicators.
