Hwee Peng is the co-founder and Creative Partner at Blak Labs Singapore, an intergrated Advertising agency. Prior to Blak Labs, she has worked in top agencies like Batey, TBWA, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Grey, JWT.

With a strong digital and branding experience, She has lead her team to continue to strive for results for their clients in Singapore and the region.

Hwee Peng received nods from DNAD, Clio, Cannes, Ad Fest, Times APAC, Communication Arts, LIA Chinese Awards, New York Festivals, CCA and One Show. She has also been jury for SpikesAsia, Cannes, APAC Effie, One Show, Gerety, Adfest, LIA etc.

She believes in hard work, right attitude and passion. Hwee enjoys the industry as its filled with creative people and she is constantly learning from the young people. She believes in giving back and takes time to contribute back to the art schools.
