With a lifelong career rooted in music—initially as a musician himself—Joshua brings deep expertise at the intersection of music, innovation, and strategic marketing. His leadership centers on unlocking meaningful value across brands, artists and music industry partners, creating authentic experiences that resonate deeply with audiences. Prior to rejoining Coca-Cola in 2021, Joshua served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Enterprise Partnerships at Universal Music Group, based in London and Los Angeles. In this role, he collaborated with world-leading labels and artists, delivering award-winning global partnerships and campaigns.
