She is the Group Managing Director of Meta Media, a digital and data-led media agency. She has a proven history of developing and designing successful marketing and communications campaigns for countless local and international blue-chip brands.

Kagiso is a graduate of the AAA School of Advertising, Wits Business School and holds an MBA from the University of Roehampton, London. She served on the first MAC Transformation Charter Council in South Africa, was the inaugural chairperson of the global effectiveness awards - Effie South Africa and a current committee member, a Grand Jury judge for Effie SA 2024 and 2025, a Jury President for the Mark Awards 2024 and a trustee on the board of Young Entrepreneurs South Africa (YESA), a member of the G20 entrepreneurial alliance.

Kagiso is a regular contributor on industry news, a guest lecturer, a curriculum advisor for the design department at the Tshwane University of Technology and a board member of the industry body, the Advertising and Communication Association of South Africa (ACA).
