Elected by Bloomberg as one of the 500 most influential people in Latin America in both 2022 and 2023, Luis Justo has built a solid career as an executive, leading Brazilian companies in the internationally recognized creative industry.

In addition to serving as CEO of major companies for nearly two decades, he also works as a speaker, investor, and advisor to national and international companies and NGOs. More recently, he became an author, with the release of his first book ‘C.E.O. – Connect, Balance and Guide,’ which became a bestseller in its launch month.

For the past 14 years, he serves as CEO of Rock World – the company behind music festivals such as Rock in Rio, The Town, Lollapalooza Brazil – among the world’s greatests music and entertainment festivals.

A Production Engineer by training, Luis began his career in finance and at a multinational consulting firm before becoming, at age 28, the CEO of Osklen. There, he led the brand’s national and international expansion, transforming it into one of the world’s most respected Brazilian fashion brands.

Luis also acts as an investor and advisor for various Brazilian and international companies and NGOs, and has received numerous awards, including Business Personality of the Year by the Brazilian Association of Training and Development
