Having lived, studied and worked in Europe and Southeast Asia, and Japan, Masa's understanding of brand and cultural management is enriched by diverse perspectives. This unique blend of western and eastern exposure has endowed him with the ability to see brand management and creative context from a distinct and fresh angle.

Prior to joining Havas, Masa worked at Designory, Delphys/Hakuhodo International and he started his career at Lowe.
