Biography

Nina is a sustainability and creative strategist. Comms activist. Rule breaker. Game changer. Link maker.

For the last seventeen years she has been a sustainability, brand and communications strategic lead at the consultancy Salterbaxter, part of Publicis Groupe. Where she was lucky enough to work across multiple global agencies in pursuit of a better world. She recently left to scale her impact and take her extensive experience to more people, businesses, brands and sectors.

Nina is a provocative leader, who has challenged the way sustainability has been done, and influenced the world’s biggest brands to take a braver, bolder approach.

She believes that the world hasn’t made enough progress because the world (and her earth mothers) is solving in sustainability silos. She is on a mission to link the silos, by making strong connections between sustainability, business and brand marketing strategies – to unlock ROI for business, society and the planet.

She has been the brains behind some of the most innovative – less generic, more ground-breaking –sustainability strategies. Alongside some of the most effective sustainability, brand and engagement strategies. All with intent to drive action and behaviour change.
