Orkhan Karim is the founder of Endorphin, one of the most awarded independent creative agencies in the region, and the founder of Baku Flames, Azerbaijan’s first international festival focused on creativity and effectiveness. With over 15 years of experience in advertising, film, and branded content, he has worked with leading local and global brands across international markets.

A strong voice in the creative industry, Orkhan represents Azerbaijan at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and frequently serves on juries and panels at global festivals. His work is known for blending cultural relevance with bold ideas that drive meaningful impact.
