She is skilled in intellectual property (IP) creation, revenue growth, executing joint ventures and partnerships across multiple territories, and scaling new profitable businesses.

Rajika effectively led one of the most established global entertainment organisations in the awards, conference and event management networks- Promax Asia and Promax India.

As Director at Partners in Media Asia - India’s leading media and entertainment company, she created platforms through awards and conferences in Radio, Television and OTT industries.

As Managing Partner of Havas Play, she conceptualised and executed one of the most impressive IPs, the Ganga Kinare Music Festival for 2 consecutive years,. This program was executed with some of India’s most well-known singers creating an unforgettable confluence of culture, nature preservation and heritage.

She has been creating meaningful experiences for brands for the preservation of our environment, heritage, music, art and entertainment.
