Biography
Sandra Amachree is a visionary marketing leader and award-winning strategist with over 16 years of experience spanning Africa and Europe. She has led transformational work across Marketing, E-Business, Sales, and HR, driven by her passion for growth and brand transformation.
She is currently Head of Marketing Communications at HEINEKEN Nigeria, spearheading the company’s digital marketing acceleration agenda to future-proof some of Nigeria’s most iconic beverage brands and reshape how they connect with modern consumers.
Previously based in the Netherlands as Global Senior Brand Manager for eazle, HEINEKEN’s flagship eB2B digital brand, she led its first global campaign and set new standards for digital brand building.
Her work in marketing effectiveness has earned recognition, including the prestigious HEINEKEN Connected Teams Award for her role in launching a regional media hub for Africa, and implemented the region’s first marketing mix modelling study. Earlier in her career, she led the people change management process for the HEINEKEN-Diageo JV demerger and transition of HEINEKEN South Africa into a full-fledged OpCo.
Sandra mentors young professionals across Africa and draws inspiration from the limitless possibilities of African creativity. She holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and enjoys playing golf and tennis.
