Stefania Siani serves as CEO and COO of Serviceplan Italia.

She is also President of ADCI – the Italian Art Directors Club, the leading association for creatives and communicators in Italy.

Additionally, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fair Foundation, dedicated to promoting listening, innovation, and research on responsible gaming.

In 2018, she founded Equal, a project aimed at fostering a culture of inclusion and equality through media representation.
