Susan proudly leads the UM community globally powered by the agency’s new and distinctive Full Colour Media proposition. She is tasked with driving excellence across all UM clients through innovative agency product, strategy and innovation that creates growth and great relationships. With a background in client leadership, Susan is obsessed with immersing herself and the agency in client's business and future growth and believes strongly in the power of deeply trusted partnership between clients and agencies.

A pioneering and highly accomplished global client & agency leader, Susan has 25+ years’ experience in the international media sector. She has led global businesses including Dyson, Amex, Emirates, HEINEKEN, IBM, Honda, Mattel, Blackberry and more. She has a passion for leading high-performance energised teams focused on big ideas and bigger impact.
