Biography

Tanya is a Founder and CEO at Founders, an independent creative Agency that was born in 2019. Founders has been cataloged as a ‘Phenomenon’, by many in the industry, after opening 6 offices in its first 3 years and working for clients such as Spotify, Netflix, New York City, Filthy Food, Lipton, Heinz, Casa Azul Tequila, The Heineken Group, amongst others.

Tanya led the global marketing campaign for the launch of Squid Game Season 2 across +40 markets. It is to date, Netflix’s largest and most successful title marketing campaign in history. She was also behind the WE♥️NYC campaign, the most disruptive, viral and inclusive campaign in NYC's history.

Before deciding to branch into the indie world, Tanya became the youngest appointed GM in Ogilvy’s global history, at age 29.

She was a speaker at Cannes Lions in 2022 where she shared what it takes to jump into the abyss and start something new.

Tanya is a strong advocate for gender equality and is proud to lead a team that is 75% female, most of which occupy leadership roles at Founders. Diversity is in Founders’ DNA, their 65-person team spans 15 countries, blending the backgrounds, expertise and perspectives that power their creative output. She seeks to continue expanding opportunities for women in advertising through her role in the industry.
