Vineeth arrived in Vietnam in 2012 as Business Director at Starcom, witnessing firsthand the country's fascinating transformation from a cash-only street market economy to a becoming the fastest growing digital economy in ASEAN region (KPMG) and a burgeoning social commerce market.

He joined Starcom as part of a team of 9, which grew to 94 members circa 2020. He has since climbed up the ranks in Publicis Media and is now spearheading 5 agencies including Starcom, Zenith, Spark Foundry, PMX (Performics) and MSL, with eight senior leaders as his direct reports and overseeing a total of over 334 driven talents. Vineeth has now spent 13 years of understanding Vietnamese consumers through different categories and brand lenses. His Vietnamese wife also makes sure he is grounded in understanding Vietnam. He has been pivotal to the trailblazing reinvention of Publicis Groupe and digitalization of his Clients and Publicis talents in Vietnam.
