Biography
Amy Adams joined Discover in 2022 as the VP of Media COE, Brand Media & Sponsorships.
She is focused on building a future-proofed, integrated, and data-driven capability. She is a 20+ year marketing veteran, having spent 15+ years on the media agency side as an early digital thought leader and focused much of her time helping brands modernize their capabilities to focus on customer centricity, the ability to unlock 1 st party data across owned and paid channels, and to position media as a proven growth driver in both the short and long term.
Prior to Discover, she led the Global Personalization team at McDonald’s, where she developed their omni-channel marketing vision and roadmap: including oversight of CRM, Media, Customer Data, and Martech strategies.
She is passionate about advocating for DE&I initiatives and spearheading media investment decisions that purposely drive growth with underrepresented creators and communities.
