Biography

Andie MacDowell is a renowned actor with an impressive body of work that spans film and television, and a passionate advocate for authentic beauty. MacDowell can be seen in the Hallmark Channel's ’The Way Home’. MacDowell recently starred in the Netflix drama ’Maid’, opposite her real-life daughter, Margaret Qualley. MacDowell has collaborated with the some of the most venerated filmmakers including, Robert Altman, Steven Soderbergh, Nora Ephron, Harold Ramis and Richard Curtis. MacDowell first gained attention starring in Soderbergh's directorial debut ‘Sex, Lies, and Videotape’, which won the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival, a turning point for independent film piercing the zeitgeist.
