İlkay Gürpınar started her career as a copywriter in 1999 and became a Creative Director in 2006.

She’s been a jury member at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, Clios, Dubai Lynx and many other global award shows and a Jury President at Art Directors Club Europe. She’s also been a three-times speaker at Cannes Lions Creativity Festival.

She was ranked third on Business Insider’s ‘The World’s Most Creative 50 Women” and was listed as one of the Most Influential Female Creative Directors by ADWOMEN.

Recently, she’s been selected as the Creative Leader of the Year by Campaign.
