Biography
Jae Goodman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Superconnector Studios, a management consultancy, brand entertainment producer, and talent-led consumer product accelerator named one of Fast Company's "World's Most Innovative Companies" in 2024. Before founding Superconnector Studios, Jae was the Founder and CEO of Observatory, recognized as one of the "World's Most Innovative" companies in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Jae has won four Cannes Lions Grand Prix in different categories (Film, Cyber, PR, Entertainment) and earned a total of thirty-three Cannes Lions. His other accolades include seventeen Webby awards, four Emmys, and four Gold Effies. Jae is known for creating the first and second brand films accepted to the Sundance Film Festival and the 2018 YouTube Ad of the Year. He has been featured in Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business, AdWeek's Creative 100, and Ad Age’s Creativity 50. Jae also serves as the Board Chair of Effie Worldwide and on the boards of Moda Operandi and Ryff.
