Biography

Mie-Leng Wong joined Mondelēz International in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer for Asia, Middle East and Africa as a member of the AMEA leadership team to drive marketing excellence across the total portfolio of brands like Oreo, Cadbury, Milka, Belvita, Ritz, Trident and Stride. She is now Head of Global Brands, leading the growth and marketing of the company’s portfolio of global brands, including Cadbury, Halls and Tang. She is responsible for driving marketing transformation through delivering creative excellence, digital, insights and analytics, global e-commerce, as well as brand strategy and strong agency relationships. She is a passionate believer of creativity with purpose and connecting with consumers on a deep human level. Half Chinese – half Dutch, she has made it her personal mission to champion Asian creativity to the world and put more spotlight on the potential of developing markets.
