Natxo is a leading creative director passionate about the industry, creative technology, and business transformation. As Global Head of Craft, he oversees all health creative execution for VML Health across all regions. He is a member of the global executive creative board for VML Health and the EMEA executive creative board for VML.

Under Natxo's leadership, VML Health was named Health Agency of the Year in Spain by El Publicista in 2021, 2022, and 2023. His campaign "Sugar Kids" was the most awarded campaign in Spain in 2022, and "Dogs Without Borders" was the second most awarded health campaign globally in 2024. Natxo is ranked #5 CCO globally for pharma by The One Show (2023) and #4 by The Drum (2024). He has won over 300 awards, including Cannes Lions, Clios, LIA, and Eurobest.

Natxo frequently judges international festivals and has been a jury president at several. He is also part of MM+M's 40 Under 40 class of 2024, recognizing top young talent in healthcare.
