Glenn is Co-Founder and Creative Chairman of 72andSunny, a marketing, advertising, and design company that specialises in brand transformations. At 72andSunny, Glenn fosters a culture that recognises everyone's creativity and sets the company's standard for innovation. 72andSunny has twice been named Agency of the Year, by AdAge and AdWeek, twice named to Fast Company’s list of World’s Most Innovative Companies, and most recently named Entertainment Agency of the Year by Cannes Lions in 2021.
Glenn started his career at Wieden & Kennedy where he helped transform Nike into a global football brand, pioneering the long-form appointment-viewing soccer ads for which the brand has become famous. Along the way, he produced the iconic remix of Elvis’ "A Little Less Conversation” which hit #1 in 20 countries.
Glenn is currently Chairman of the Board for The One Club For Creativity, the world's leading creative non-profit, where he drives an agenda focused on creative education and inspiration, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
