What is the Equity, Representation and Accessibility Programme?

The Equity, Representation and Accessibility (ERA) Programme is an initiative created by LIONS, aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive representation of talent within the creative communications industry at Cannes Lions 2024. Committed to supporting underrepresented and underserved communities, we aim to allocate up to €1m worth of complimentary passes every year.

What does the programme include?

The programme gives you access to the 2024 Cannes Lions Festival, taking place from 17-21 June. It offers you the opportunity to experience the Festival in person, and celebrate the world’s best creativity with your global industry peers. This pass only covers Festival entry and doesn’t include funding for travel or accommodation expenses.

Eligibility criteria

Any organisation is eligible to apply for the ERA Pass. To ensure a diverse and inclusive representation, priority will be given to registered charities, not-for-profit, and diverse-owned organisations. Please complete the application form, and we’ll assess your application based on your responses. The minimum qualifying score is 250 points, with the maximum set at 430. Pass allocation prioritises higher bands (Band 1 to Band 4) based on points. We may ask for more information in some cases to verify responses.

Bandings:
390+ points – Band 1 (40% of allocation)
350–390 points – Band 2 (30% of allocation)
300–350 points – Band 3 (20% of allocation)
250–300 points – Band 4 (10% of allocation)
0–250 points – Would not qualify.

Completion of the form does not guarantee complimentary passes or the requested quantity.

Final decisions will be made at the discretion of the panel and we hold the right to overrule our own rules.
