Biography

Amy Weston is an Executive Creative Director who likes ideas that earn their place in culture, not just the LinkedIn post.

For over 15 years, she’s led work for brands including Mazda, 7-Eleven, Asahi, RACV & TAC and Bupa, with campaigns recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Spikes, Clio and Effies. She’s built her career balancing brand building with behaviour change.

Amy brings a clear-eyed perspective to both making and celebrating work, valuing ideas that respect people’s time, attention and real lives. She has served on juries across Cannes Lions, One Show, AdFest, AWARD and the Webbys, and mentors emerging female and non-binary creatives through the Aunties program. She believes the best ideas are both commercially effective and culturally impossible to ignore and is still chasing the ones that make people feel something, then do something.
