Biography

Bertille Toledano began her career in 1994 at Saatchi & Saatchi, building a reputation for strategic leadership across international networks, including BBDO.

She joined BETC in 2012 and became President in 2013, driving the agency’s international expansion with a strong belief in the power of creativity to create value for brands. Under her leadership, BETC partners with over 100 iconic brands such as evian, CANAL+, Lacoste, Sephora, Alpine, Michelin, and the Saudi Tourism Authority. She also works closely with high-end luxury clients, including Louis Vuitton and Moët & Chandon.

Today, BETC is recognized as a world-class, award-winning agency, ranked #1 for creativity by WARC in 2024. The network now spans Paris, London, São Paulo, Shanghai, and New York, with more than 1300 employees worldwide.

In October 2025, Bertille was appointed President of Havas Creative Network and CEO of Havas Creative Middle East, reflecting her growing influence on the global stage, particularly in the Middle East.

Her achievements have earned her industry recognition: she was named one of Ad Age’s Women to Watch in 2017, served twice as a jury member at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (2016 and 2022), and currently sits on the Executive Council of MEDEF, the French employers’ union.
