Biography

Carmen Rodriguez is Global Chief Growth Officer and Partner at GUT. A fearless leader with a talent for building enduring client relationships, she leads the network’s global growth practice, working with brands including Anheuser-Busch InBev, Kimberly-Clark, Pepsico, Tim Hortons, among others.

One of the industry’s most awarded account management leaders, Carmen has earned seven Grand Prix at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, along with multiple Gold Lions and top honors from The Clios, D&AD, The One Show, and The ANDYs. She has been recognized by Adweek as one of the ‘50 Leaders Who Delivered the Goods’ and named to Ad Age’s Leading Women list.

She played a key role in GUT’s rise to #1 Independent Network of the Year at Cannes Lions 2023, with GUT Buenos Aires becoming both Independent and Global Agency of the Year—an industry first for Argentina.

In 2024, Carmen served as Jury Chair for the Ad Age Creativity Awards and as the first Jury President for Creative Effectiveness at The One Show. In 2025, she continued to shape the industry globally—participating in See It Be It, contributing to industry conversations through podcasts like Second Wind, and spearheading GUT’s continued expansion - leading and supporting the network’s growth in Asia and Europe, bringing its footprint to 12 offices spanning three continents.
