Eka Kipiani is a Creative Director and founder of Supermarket. She began her career at McCann Georgia, later joined Sarke Advertising, and spent 15 years as Creative Director at a Georgia’s JWT office before co-founding Supermarket in 2025.

With 20 years in advertising, she has worked across account service, planning, copywriting, and creative direction - creating hundreds of effective campaigns for some of the largest brands in Georgia. Her work has been recognized with 30+ awards, including Epica, ADCE, KIAF, Baltic Best, and Ad Black Sea.

Supermarket, an independent creative company, quickly established itself as one of the country’s top-performing agencies - named #2 Agency of the Year and #1 Design Studio of the Year within seven months of launch - while operating with a compact, talent-led team and a broad client portfolio.
