Biography

Emma is Global Head of Intelligence and Innovation at Havas Creative Network, where she leads data, intelligence, and AI-driven strategy - developing best-in-class tools, methodologies, and thought leadership to drive growth across global clients. She also leads the development of AI strategy and intelligence products and capabilities, applying a rapid prototyping approach to accelerate innovation and embed more future-facing ways of working.

Previously, as Executive Strategy Officer at Havas Play, Emma led brand strategy across sport, entertainment, gaming, and culture for clients including adidas, EE, HSBC, Major League Baseball, and World Rugby. Her work spanned sponsorship, partnerships, talent, social, experiential, and content, with a strong focus on using culture to connect brands and audiences in authentic and meaningful ways.

Emma is also co-founder of Women’s Rugby Association, championing a collective voice for professional players. As well as a number of initiatives focused on improving access to fitness for women and underrepresented communities. She was named Women in Marketing Strategic Planner of the Year and is passionate about driving innovation and inclusion across the creative industries.
