Biography

Humza Ijaz is a designer, storyteller, and creative leader with over two decades shaping the intersection of design, technology, and human experience. As Managing Director, Head of Design & Digital Products at Accenture Song Middle East, he leads more than 160+ thinkers and makers redefining what creativity means for a region on the rise.

Born and raised in Dubai, Humza brings a deep cultural understanding to his work, blending innovation with empathy to create experiences that resonate on both a human and societal level. His career has spanned design, branding, experiential marketing, and digital transformation, crafting award-winning work for some of the Middle East’s most iconic brands.

Under his leadership, Accenture Song Middle East has become one of the region’s most diverse and forward-thinking creative communities. His open hiring philosophy welcomed 21+ nationalities and advanced gender diversity, increasing women in design leadership from 15% to 50%. In 2025, his teams achieved 21 international awards and 3 honorees, including recognition from iF Design Awards, The Webby Awards, Red Dot, Fast Company, and Transform Middle East.

Humza’s philosophy is simple: design should move people, not just markets. He believes creativity thrives when craft meets meaning, and continues to champion cultures where ideas are felt, not just seen.
